This is a very versatile aioli that is liked by most and very quick to make. It adds wonderful flavor to most foods.
Ingredients
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice, preferably fresh squeezed
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Whisk together first 4 ingredients, then add salt and pepper to taste. Store in fridge.
Let flavors marry for at least 30 minutes for the best flavor.
Wonderful on fish, pasta and veggies.
